Who we are

This website, arxon.in, is run by ARX Pharma Private Limited (“ARXON”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in India (CIN U46497HR2026PTC148856). ARXON is the brand name of ARX Pharma Private Limited. This policy explains what personal data we handle when you use this website or contact us, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Enquiries you send us. Our enquiry and contact forms ask for your name, phone number, email address, city or state, enquiry type and message. The website does not store these details on our server: when you press submit, the form opens WhatsApp with your enquiry written out, and it reaches us only if you choose to send that message.
• Calls, WhatsApp messages and emails. If you contact us directly, we receive the details you share, such as your name, number and the content of your message.
• Technical data. Like most websites, our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, date and time, the page requested and your browser type) for security and troubleshooting.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and you do not need an account to use this website.

Third-party services

Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and icons from cdnjs (Cloudflare), which receive your IP address and browser details as part of those requests. Enquiries sent over WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy. Links to these services are provided for convenience; we do not control how they process data.

How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and share product lists, prices and franchise details.
• To process orders, dispatches, invoices and franchise agreements.
• To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations, such as GST and record-keeping requirements.
• To keep this website secure and working properly.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (for example, courier and logistics partners for orders), or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and business records only as long as needed for the purpose they were collected for, or as long as the law requires (for example, tax records).

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to see, correct or erase the personal data we hold about you, withdraw consent you have given, and raise a grievance with us. Write to info@arxon.in and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This website is meant for pharmacists, distributors, franchise partners and adult consumers. It is not directed at children.
